American Range MSD-1 – Convection Oven, Gas, (2) Solid Doors

This Convection Oven is gas and a single deck model. The oven is bakery depth and has manual controls. Thetemperaturerange is from 150F-500F. The unit also includes a one hour timer, 2-speed fan and 28″ legs. The contruction of the oven is all stainless steel. This single-deck convection oven is great for making almost any types of pastries or other food products in a commercial kitchen.
