Featuring four 28,000 BTU open burners based in a one-piece cast iron, non-clog frame, you can multitask with pots, pans, and skillets, while you’re frying on the 18,000 BTU 12 inchgriddle right next door. And that’s not even mentioning the 35,000 BTU standard oven with 26 inchx 26.5 inchof cooking space. Anything you need to be cooked can be cooked in this versatile unit.
This range is made of superior parts intended to make the unit work great year after year. Its individual cast iron grate tops are removable and sit above a detachable one-piece crumb drawer. The griddle plate is made of smooth polished 1/2 inchsteel and features raised sides. This construction makes the plate easy to clean and incredibly durable. ThisS36D-1GL Southbend S-Series Restaurant Range is NSF-Approved, CSA-Approved, and includes a lifetime burner warranty.
